Hey guys! I'm Paul Marlow and I am 6'7, 201cm weighing in at 230lbs, 106kg. Growing up in high school and my early years of college I was the skinny tall dude who was told to never turn sideways, because my friends wouldn't be able to see me because I was so skinny.
Since then I have transformed my body in many ways. Taking it up to 270lbs, 122kg at one point, while at another time competing in a mens physique competition where I walked ons stage at 205lbs, 92kg absolutely ripped and shredded.
